The forum timestamp is Greenwich Mean Time, aka in England's timezone.

Internet burp, looks like.

The time on the WEB site is synchronized with an atomic clock in Colorado.

The time displayed in the forums should reflect your local time, if you set your timezone correctly in your "user cp" options.
