NOT in the State of Arizona.  If you are carrying a gun it MUST be loaded or it can be confiscated for breaking the law.

Found that out when I was stationed at M.C.A.S. Yuma.

NOTE: black powder firearms(Remington repoduction single action 6 gun in this case) are INCLUDED!!!!!
