Imagine if the AH scores and ranking pages could be personally customized by each player with his or her own parameters as to what does or does not contribute to rank or score. There would be hundreds of different pages and “best players”, but everyone would be happy.

Parameters Example:
Display Player “eskimo” rank page = (Most planes HOed by an F4U-1C) X (Most toolsheds blasted by an F4U-1C ) X (Most chutes mowed down by an F4U-1C) X (Most CVs sunk by dive-bombing Lancaster) X (Most GVs killed within 3 seconds of spawn by Tiger tank) X (most 20mm rounds fired) X (5

Given the current situation in AH... if your opening your scores page to look at anything other than Hit Percentage, your wasting good flying time.

Sometimes I present an idea as a silly parody on a genre of whines. Not as a troll, only as an obvious parody. This idea was supposed to be stupid, yet point out that everyone complains that the score system does not reflect what they perceive themselves as doing best, and is therefore the most important. I think it suggests a lot about how severe and common the whining is when such a parody is only taken seriously.

The title of this topic made me think you were going to sugguest we require all score potatos to register and wear a special score potato armband when in public.
