Speaking of names when my wife was pregnant with my second child I would tease her that I wanted to call our son Conan Thor.

When we found out it really was going to be a boy she went on the warpath and tried to get her whole family to talk me out of the name.

I couldn't believe she actually thought I was serious.

Now my son is 17 and when we want to bug him thats what we call him. He really hates it when his friends are there when we do it.

When my wife was pregnant with our second son, we considered for a while naming him 'Admiral'. We delighted at the thought of how this would piss him off as an adult, but who knows what doors it would have opened for him? Consequently, we went with Alexander The Great Hallert. (his middle name is 'James' which translates to "The Great" in Hinterlands Klingon Slang.)
