New Soundblaster X-FI

Are the new Soundblaster X-FI cards worth it?
Does anyone have one?
How well do they run in Windows XP vs XP64?
Does AH run better with em, and does it sound any better?

First of all, I'd make sure it isn't an old chipset with a new name written over the old one. They've done that before...
