Pics of the Battleship South Dakota after the battle were her and the Battleship Washington took on the Japanese Battlehsip Kirishima of Guadalcanal on Nov 14 and 15 1942?

I read she took a real beating but have never seen any pictures of the damage.

Anyone know of a book or a website?

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

On a recent trip to S.D. I went to Sioux Falls to visit the memorial museum for Battleship X (South Dakota). Pretty unique setup and very enjoyable.

I've always liked the way those short-hull battleships look.
