Some heavies play the strat game, this disrupts your game play...

So you will play the strat game to disrupt THEIR strat game so that they do not disrupt your game play?

sounds like a big circle jerk... Im in

Carefull Morph, you may knock a few guys who like doing a mix of things off the fence. They could well end up on the side of the tooshed killers.

I personally have not bombed fightertown, nor killed a hanger in main in months.
While I do like the relaxing side trip to a strat object from time to time. Or even leveling a city in a A20 now & then. I make it a point  to never take away from  your fun. You threatening to take away from others may come back to bite you.

You might want to loosen the leather mask and ball gag, it's constricting the air flow to your brain.

The issue is not those that want to capture bases or bomb strat targets, the issue that those that actively try and prevent a segment of the player base from engaging in activities these Tool Shedders don't want them doing, i.e. Furballing.  It's really not that hard of an issue to grasp and it really surprises me that most of those just can't seem to fathom something so simple.

Bombing the FHs in the furball area of the Donut map does nothing other than grief part of the player base.  It's that simple.

Now why do Tool Shedders engage in this activity?  Well, other than being complete and utter stunninghunks, they are bitter because they believe they must win "THE WAR" and try to discourage any sort of game play that detracts from winning "THE WAR".

HA!  that's original...  it's like we're in grade school all over again

Oh I grasped it,  I also grasped the incredible irony, something aparently lost on you.

They destroy your resources because you're not playing the game the way they want you to, so you kill their resources because they are... hell ... nevermind...

Bombing the FHs in the furball area of the Donut map does nothing other than grief part of the player base. It's that simple.

War is hell!

for what it's worth, I agree with you, let kill the sons a biotches!

I mean, this is a war game right, its not like we're playing online bunko

No, the irony isn't lost because there really isn't one to begin with.  I don't agree with the plans on porking the front line bases and IMO, just as wrong as the Tool Shedders porking the FHs in the furball zone.

So, keep chokin' on that ball gag.

Here's a radical idea, why don't the furballers unite to kill the toolshedders?

Oh, yea, that would require going above 6k and flying something faster than a Spit5, Hurri or La7 above 12k. Sorry I brought it up.

YES! do you write your own material?  that is fantastic!  ... not really

No, the irony isn't lost because there really isn't one to begin with.

ummmm....  I think this completely supports my statement about the irony of the situation, which is quite hilarious to me, being lost on you...  thank you

Let me esplain...

You see, these evil sons a biotches are playin this war game and they are all pissy because you and your cohorts just want to fly around and kill eachother peacefully without engaging in the broader aspects of the game, namely strat and the good and pure pursuit of 'Winning the War'

So to combat your self indulgence they fly over and bomb your ***** ruining your fun, which is a very small piece of irony in and of itself because thats kinda what happens in real war, people piss other people off by ruining their fun inciting said people to rise up in defence of their very way of life!

But I digress

For this situation the irony goes MUCH deeper.  In self riteous indignation those who have been shat upon declare that they will teach those evil strat guys a lesson

By using... strat...

which is kinda what they wanted you to do in the first place, quit furballing and play strat... get it?  Ironic eh?

Unlike you I can not come up with any clever derision for your user name, damn the bad luck...

There are two problems.

One, there aren't thiry furballers in this game that can work together for a common goal for more than half an hour.  It's an attention span thing.

Really, you missed the festivities Monday night.  Do you just choose to play dumb?

Its a non tactic..... it actually is anti attack ac not anti bomber.

Attack aircraft and buff suicide dweebs use forward base ordinance...not bombers

Following instructions are those to pork FH's at any field other than a large field.

1) select a field more than 2 sectors back from the front line.

2) select b24 loadout 4 x 2000lbs 50% fuel enable formation.

3)Launch via a dog legged route that puts you at 20K as you ingress through enemy radar.

4) select ingress route that lines up any 2 x FH.

5) go put the kettle on and take the dog for a walk......do crossword, answer out standing mail, file income tax return plan next years holiday.

6)as you approach enemy radar suggest politley on green that it would be nice if someone could take it out.

7)You are driving from the forward gun position in external view. All your course alterations will be via rudder from this view. This is the most accurate steerage with mininum e loss. You will use auto speed to set climb rate.

8) Crossing enemy radar select auto level (never leaving front gunner pos)

9)Just after crossing enemy radar boundry zoom in from your external front gunner view and look for the field. You will pick it from a long way out and be able to gently rudder to perfect angle.

10)Go to F6 view open doors and select  clipboard bring up the E6B and shink the clipboard so it sits neatly in the corner of your screen whilst you can still see the cross hairs.

11)Calibrate the bomb site checking the calibrated speed against the E6B speed.

12) Check that you have salvo =1 and .05 delay

13) once calibration and E6B are stabalised fettle throttle to hold E6B at the calibrated speed.

14) zoom in and release bomb as cross hair crosses each of you 1st pass FH's (dont worry you will not miss............its accuracy is absolute)

15) return to the front gunner external and begin a long rudder turn nearly out to the radar extreme and round to take angle on the remain FH or pair of FH's if a medium field( for good order on small feilds take the VH out with the remaining FH)

16) rinse and repeat ingress and continue home.

The only way you will be thwarted in this mission is if some fighter actually tries to come to attack you. But lately they rarely do.......they post here instead.
