presents itself as being utterly useless to humanity in general, but has the potential of gathering hundreds and hundreds of responses...unless of course, HiTech, Skuzzy or Pyro pull the plug. If you've placed an "IN" before the plug was pulled, you never pay perk points for a Tempest...the rest of your life :)
