Because that webpage is wrong.
EDIT: Further evidence the page is wrong: They can't even do basic math:
"Internal fuel (273 gal) plus two 150-gal drop tanks = standard maximum fuel (537 gal)."
273 + (150 x 2) = 573

funny, 425mph is about the top speed at altitude(20,000ft). Obvious typo. 537gal, 573gal? Hmm...
