What do you mean, Oboe? Do you mean you've skinned some and he can now fly in your skins? Do you mean he has work to do, that he needs to skin some?

If the latter, what is there left to skin? Most p47s are skinned out in my opinion, they're all starting to look the same.

Nopoop did quite a few wonderful jugs about when AHII came out.  He was always around in here giving tips, helping people out, and then all of a sudden he just kinda disappeared from skinning.

Also, nopoop did several jugs that haven't even come close to what has been skinned on the new model.

What United said - Nopoop did some really great razorback Jugs., especially for the 56th FG.    Haven't seen nor heard from him in quite some time.

Are the 47s really skinned out?  I hadn't realized so many have been completed...

I'm of that impression. Seems to me that aside from the odd one (like Blond Angel) with some colorful art on the side, they're all the saime paint scheme, all the same colors, with just different names on the side. I consider that "skinned out".

The one that sticks out in my mind is his blue Bostwick's P-47.  I'll see if I can't find any pictures of his skin, but Id say it was one of his best.

I don't see the issue. You mean he skinned some beautiful AH1 skins, and you want him to convert/redo them to AH2?

If that's the case, I wonder what happened to him. AH is fully and totally addictive. If you love the game enough to skin for it you're hooked for life. Odd that he'd break the addiction when so many others have failed before him.

He's a great skinning talent with a devotion to the P-47.   With ToD coming up it'd be a shame not to see one of his 56th FG P-47 skins available for missions.   I'd love to see him come in and redo some of his beauties.

He was a great asset to beginning skinners, too, and would do things like post pics of upcoming skins in the General Discussion forum to get recognition and generate excitement for the skinner's efforts.   He was a one man media marketing blitz, and just an all-around great character to have in the skinner's dugout.

nopoop!

Agreed Oboe.  And I do recall Nopoop saying he was going to redo some of the on
es he'd done earlier for the new Jugs, in particular  that camo 56th D-11 Jug "I wanted Wings"  I really like that bird

Hope he finds his way back

Nopoop did the default jug skins, right? When the model was redone?

Well.. I think he'd easily be able to use his personal templates and re-create all his other skins... but that's just me :/

Did he?   I can't recall!    I don't know of a way to find out other than digging through the BB for the announcement of the plane.
