There has been little else that I have read in the news that sickened me more than reading about that little girl's pleas for help while 4 adults killed her.

But they aren't charged with capital murder - they are charged with 'Child Abuse resulting in death'.

State is Colorado. I don't think we execute too many people here.

Ok, let me get this straight...

4 adults murder a helpless child, and get "child abuse resulting in death" charges.

A 13-year-old accidentally kills his 6-year-old sister while pretending to wrestle with her, and is charged with 1st degree capital murder, AND sentended to life in maximum security prison. (I think this was here in Ohio)

Our justice system is severly diddlyed up. No other way to put it.

The wrestling one definately wasn't as innocent... though there is a question as to wether the child should have known better.

These were adults, paid professionals and they killed a little girl.

Fricking rebirth... what a load of toejam.

Hell no! He was 13!

And this "rebirth" thing...utterly disgusting. Lethal injection is too nice for these sick people.
