Was I asking too much?

I think you should have recorded it and sent me the film. Then I would create a film based on this foolishness and we could all point and laugh at him.

That's what I think.

Del he did apologize, what he did wasn't public so the only person he owes an apology to is you :)

I would have accepted the apology but kept the screen shots just in case it happened again.

Del, if you keep insisting on handling things in such a diplomatic manner, the 475th will never have pictures of us photoshopped.

Is that really what you want?  Darn thunder stealer.

I would have gave him the " np man " and kept the screenshots for his next melt down. Then report if it had to come to that. Demanding a public apology my be a bit much, but the guy was acting like a real tool.

Sounds to me like one more reason for a permanent squelch list.

i think you were asking too much to make a public appology but considering as soon as you made your request clear the player reverted back to thier true colours your request was a good test of the appologie's calibre.

I dont think you should ever except this appology off this player, nor ever have to have them invade your screen.

If he insulted you privately, then private apology should be acceptable.  I think your request that he do it publicly was just a way for you to stroke your ego with his mistake.  Same as this thread is just you making another attempt to force the matter publicly.  Which begins to call your motives into question...

The fact that he 'Reverted' upon you asking for a public apology is simply the proof that you were asking too much.

People here seem to think that revealed his true colors, I disagree.  I think if he was on the board, calling you a cheat he would owe you more.  But in private, no.

Respond to any insulting PM with either smiles or taunts. The more you laugh, the more they meltdown. Sure, it's a bit sadistic, and probably reflects poorly on your character, but what the hell. It's a game. If I can't have fun flying, I'll have fun at some clown's expense. I'm not picky.

If that was truly the case, I would of mentioned the player's name... I had mixed emotions on how I treated it and I just wanted another opinion.
