option to put fires out

When someone actually menaged to land a burning plane properly at the runway (very rare IMO), he'll immediately hit tower, instead of waiting for a fire truck.

And, what's the advantage of putting out fires from burning hangars? They're already destroyed

yea you would have to make each fire worth perk points like .50 perks or a perk for each fire put out. and if someone is on fire they would tower out right away

On the subject of fire, it'd be useful if, when you're plane is on fire in the air, you could pull a fire handle (if an engine's on fire) and if that doesn't work you could try diving to put out the flames with all the attendant risks of losing your wings and other useful parts of the aircraft, of course.

Also on the subject of fire, I still find it interesting in this game how you can see the fire first from several K up and miles out. Then you see smoke as you get closer.

Already suggested this, didn't get any replies though

When you engage the fire extinghuisher, your flaming engine should destroyed though (but you'll save your wing and other essential control surfaces)

I've given the idea of having fire-trucks a second thought, and I changed my mind, I do find it a good idea
Enemy fires should be able to be extinghuised too (so you can limit damage to a field which is soon to be captured)

Actually instead of hangars ther should be parked groups of aircraft destroyed and to be destroyed.

After all it didnt matter if the hangars were destroyed. it mattered if the aircraft at the airfeild were destroyed.

Yeah but then again, an aircraft is destroyed much easier than a hangar, and the field would be taken out in a couple of passes
