 THe Chog!!! Normally i aint a too good of a fighter pilot, but in about 30 mins or so this morning, i had about 15 kills, and everytime I upped i had at least 1 or 2 kills. It was fun, i like the CHog    I think that was my record for kills, i had a wholle lot.

Wega, great plane it is, VMF-323 uses it for balancing Ostie's in field suppression, we use the 1D for Air to Air since its ammo load out is much more appealing when numerous enemy are encountered, or loiter time is going to be longer...however the 1C is a fine ATA weapon as well, with historically deadly Hispano's.

Enjoy it, its a great ride, and in the hands of a skilled pilot, can be quite a deadly platform...get low and slow in it, you're dead meat.

 BTW, I am not a newbie. I was here in 1.03 for a month, but had to leave cause of school  

  That was like the first time I had ever flown the f4u, it was cool but I can see what ya mean wiht turbo lasers, the guns were extremely powerful. 3 shots their wing came off.

Man, fly whatever gives you pleasure and ignore everyone and everything else. Life is too complicated to get upset this easily... So long as it is available, you are not cheating or hacking, and you aren't exploiting a game bug, how can you be doing any wrong?

Oh sure, we all used the Chog at first. I did. But when I started to understand the basics of this game and basics of ACM, I left it.

Please note...BEFORE I KNEW ABOUT ACM I WAS FLYING THE CHOG...and geting 1,2,3..even 4 kills in it.

First week in AH I did HOs also. A lot of them. That doesnt stop me saying that to do a HO without being in the strict defensive is a stupidity.


Thankfully Rip showed the light path to me, by leading me in a 190A8 sortie  

since then till today...

BTW Wegaman, no pun intended, this wasnt directed at you. Was directed at the most crappy plane that has ever seen the light in AH.

 PLEASE fly the plane where you fit the best, and where you have fun if the plane is there, you are free to fly it and I respect it. The problem is that is my understanding that it SHOULDNT be there. But that has nothing to do with you
