Well, let's take a look at the situation:

Europe is too far for the majority of the players.
The Con can't be in the south due to recent increase in hurricane danger.  The North-east is out because of blizzard danger.
The north-west can't be the spot because other than the 3-4 people that live there, it would be difficult for others to adjust to the wide-open spaces.
West coast is defintely not good due to the risk of earthquakes.
That leaves only two real choices...........















Las Vegas or Las Vegas!

Blackjack, Craps, Poker, Slot machines, video poker, Nellis AFB, nightlife, Mustang Ranch (nothing to do with P-51's.  If you gotta ask, don't go there),lots of convention centers, comped rooms, high-desert clean air,

Keep in mind folks that Yankee and Ronni ran a LOT of interference for HTC getting and keeping that show up and running...no slight intended to HT, Pyro and Skuzzy, who untangled miles of LAN cable.

My bet's on Grapevine and last mention was next Spring.

We'll see.

Another vote for Las Vegas.

A couple of more reasons:

Flights to Las Vegas are plentiful and often cheap, and,
What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. (I know already mentioned, but bears repeating!)

I rather it be in north east in a blizzard.  That way all the runners can't physically get away and U can beat them miserably,lol.
