Two strange things -
1) Firing at moving GV, his return rounds were appearing from approx 6-7 lengths ahead of him. Hit his 'actual' GV a few times, he reported no hits at all.
2) Still getting rounds bouncing off M3/M16 at ridiculously low ranges (<600), not at oblique angles. Had them bounce off rear and side with 90 degree shots. Also bounced ones off the tracks, the crease on the front wheel fender etc.
3) Long range shots on moving GVs (2400+). As soon as you pull trigger target stops, once round lands he 'fast forwards' to I'm assuming where he should have been. In fact these 'warps' have been very prevalent for a long long time now.
