Application Crash on Deploy

Long time player, first time on the forum.

I've been too bz working and hadn't flown for a while. Sunday wanted to fly with the squad. Got online OK, but when I hit the deploy button to go from the hangar to the runway, the AH application locked up. Verified no virus, spyware and firewall off. Recreated the issue in offline mode. Only success I had was launching a goon online. When I tried to launch a hog, the application crashed. Tried turning off skins and reducing video quality, but same result. Downloaded entire new version - same result.

Any ideas?

labbb, sounds like a nose art problem. Has your nose art been changed or modified lately?

No - I haven't done anything with noseart...

Here's what I have tried with assistance from tech support and a squadmate.

I cleared out the squads folder and got the same result. The cleared the cache folder. Same result.

Was able to capture an error message.

The instruction at 0x7c910de3 referenced memory at 0xfffffff8. The memory could not be read.

On a subsequent attempt got a similar message:

The instruction at 0x77c41165 referenced memory at 0x119fe000. The memory could not be written.

I'm just guessing, but I think it has something to do with how the cache is being rebuilt. I noticed when I fired up the application on Sunday that it did a cache rebuild first thing. Maybe just a coincidence... And yes, I was careful to not mess with the computer during the cache rebuild.

Any more ideas?

What video card do you have?  How much system RAM is there?  What operating system are you using?
