Can you unlock Santa for us (Offline)?

I know it's a little early and all, but it was pretty cool how last Christmas Hitech was flying around as "Santa".

I don't really understand how things such as flying PT boats and Santa Claus work for certain computers but not for others while (AFAIK) I didn't have to download a new patch for the day.  I assume (and will probably shortly be corrected) that these things are already *in* the game somehow.

Anyway, if it is possible, I think it would be a neat thing to shut up the younger family members with this Season, just hit F3 mode offline and let them fly around.

i say we make a santa model with guns!!! he has unlimited E but a max speed of only about 100mph and he woulnd stall in a tight turn. and have it available to everyone for just one day (xmas). he would have to look something like this...
