It's got israeli markings, but those are definitely NOT combat colors. My guess is a late racer, with "pseudo markings". The picture looks modern.

Which one did you skin it for? The '14?

EDIT: That first pic in this thread seems to show red radiators. Just wanted to point that out, it would add a nice highlight to the bottom of the plane when skinned :)

Trouble is the real one, that is preserved and still flies on occasion in Isreal is a Spitfire LFIX.

It was the Spitfire once flown and owned by one time Isreali fighter pilot and later seventh president in Isreal Ezer Weizman.

That's okay Guppy, he's just making racing skins, so the fastest spit would be the 14. He's not going for historical.
