Shadow of the Colossus looks like a sweet game has anyone played it yet?

I'm thinking of picking it up.

i think he's gonna need a bigger horse.

Why is the vid quality for the main character so poor?  He looks like something straight out of the late 90s era.

This is a great game.  Some of the best looking landscapes I've seen (for PS2).  I rarely use the console anymore, but this one was worth it.  You run around and hunt 16 massive colossi, giants that have the power to bring back this chic from the dead.  Each giant is different; some fly, some are bipedal, some quadriped, and some swim.  They all have weak spots that ya need to find by climbing and stabbing them in various places.  Most of'em have that 'fur' type crap growing on them, so for each one you basically find a way on the fur and get stabby.  The premise is simple, but the execution of each one can be tough for some.  Great game overall.
