I tried calling HTC but there was no answer.  I sent an e-mail to the normal support address.

Ping plot
« Reply #35 on: November 06, 2005, 09:17:27 PM »
Same here.

My ping plot seems ok, except for spikes from 60 to 300-400 ms at the next to last router, 63.241.192.246, before the 206.16.60.38 server.

H2H is up and running ok.

Database server decided it did not want to serve and quit.  So, I did what any good admin in a panic situation would do.  I got on my knees and begged it go back to work.
It must have felt sorry for me, as it did go back to work, and everyone should be able to play again.

Apologies for the outage, and sorry to took so long to get to it.

I am incredibly impressed... I seriously didn't even consider it would be up and running before Monday am.

How do you guys at HTC know the server is having problems? Obviously, you aren't camped at your computers the whole time...

Do you have a few individuals with your home phone numbers or something?

Just curious... and again, thanks.
