I don't know which is sicker, the fact that this creature committed those awful acts or that in the United States there is such a law against "REPEAT sex offenders". Isn't once enough? Someone earlier in this thread said "he committed a crime, he did his time...", can't remember the rest of it right now.. but unfortunately that's not the case. When a child is molested their life is essentially taken away from them. Sure they may still be alive(except in this case where that sick son of a squeak ate them too), but mentally they are dead. If you've ever talked to someone who's been molested at a young age you would understand, they're brain becomes warped and what life they had before the incident is long gone now. They are just a shell of a person that once had potential of leading a healthy life. We do have the death penalty for murderers in the United States, and to me a child molestor is the same thing. You take a life, and your life shall be taken.. atleast that's the way it should work out but no matter how blind justice is, many times it's so blind it's incapable of seeing the truth.

I may have overreacted in this post, but I think that child molesters are one of the sickest things to ever burden society.

So true SeaWulfe. I went to a seminar which was attended by many survivors of childhood sexual crimes. It was really sad to see the damaging effects still obvious in these people. A lot of these men and women spoke about the loss of the ability to be intimate with others, to "feel" or to love, even 40 years after the trauma was over.

I firmly believe that since it's well known that pedophiles never ever stop, they should be permenently removed from society.

Personally, I like how the Chinese do it. Give them a bullit in the head if the crime is proven, and not ten years later either.

I found a link on that page to a story about a guy that broke into a house to rape his ex girlfriend. Then when her family showed up during the party he shot and killed her two brothers and mortaly wounded her mother. He left the girl alive and escaped.
Part of me says that if prettythanghole doenst have a gun the brothers just beat him to death. Part of me says if the poor girl or one of the brothers has a gun at least they have an even chance. I dont want to turn this into a gun debate. Just to point out the debate I myself have.
What a poor excuse for a legal system we have created.(Canada is absolutly no different then the US in that regard.)

Certainly the punishment must be something that would be a deterent to even the most depraved person? Does jail time and counseling even slow someone like this down?

Although my immediate gut instinct is to flay this predator alive, I've got to disagree with killing the bastard.  If you kill every enemy you face then there's no one left to question about the actions, movements, and tactics of the rest of the enemy army.  And believe me, there are others out there.

In order to destroy the enemy you need to find out where they come from.  With Bar-Jonah we've already found out about the police impersonation sceme, coded messages, and preferred haunts.  If we keep him alive we might be able to find out what in our society, and/or genetic makeup, produced such a villian.

I say lock him up, but interrogate him.  You even have my leave to torture the infomation out of him.  This is war - let's win it.

Suggessstion:Take this guy's balls and fry them in boiling oil in a deep frier and I bet he won't do it again then later when he recoups we fry them again  and again and again and again and again we keep him alive for the  most of his life untill the day he "naturally" dies.

Taking a blood sample from the corpse will get you a DNA sample for genetic make up. I have no idea what good that would do unless you plane on testing everyone in the world to identify the same gene pattern for this creeps actions. That kinda goes against every precept of civil liberty. Will you imprison everyone with the same genetic marker even though they have done nothing?

Doesn't work that way. You also would have a problem testing and seeing people don't have children because they might have the same gene in their background.

This was an individual who made bad decisions. His ability to ever do ANYTHING again needs to be removed.
