Please help us find information about a pilot and the plane he flew....

Knite, Aubrey, Wolf and I are looking for information about a pilot.

Julius A VandeVoorde was the grandfather of a guilds mate of ours (not AH pilot though). Julius VandeVoorde passed away recently and we would like to skin the aircraft he flew to honor him.

Captain VandeVoorde flew C-45 of the 3rd combat transport group over the Hump. But that is virtually all we know. What we would like to know is what Squadron and possibly even what plane he flew and if there are any pics of that plane, or the squadrons planes.
