Could one of you guys please help me out?

Hey all, I just bought the Force Feedback 2 after you guys said it was pretty good and I also went ahead and boughtB17 2 whcih I think is a great game. The only thing is though, I do not know how to make the joystick work with it. It works good, but as far as pulling the trigger and having the stick vibrate, it doesnt do it  does anyone know what to do? Or How to make it work in the game? Thank you guys, I really appreciate your time.
