They have been restored now, plus a couple of hundred extra.

Thanks for the replentishment.

Its interesting this would happen as twice in the last month or so I noticed some (but not all) of my perks dissapearing.

On night I logged in and noticed about half my GV perks were gone.
And anther night I noticed a bunch of my fighter perks were missing.

Then low and behold a couple weeks later everyone is getting lost perks.

Is it possible this was a problem in the making and progressively got worse?

No drediock. This problem was just simply humon error.
