Hey Golfer, thanks

I used to have a home recording studio back when I was in a band, but now I have only have my guitars, a cheap bass, a computer and one mic.

The mic, which isn't too bad, is an AKG C1000. I recorded the song "live" like you do and just kinda winged it. Hell, yours sound great with the computer mic.

This post is directed at NUKE.

Some random stuff. Compared to playing into a mic it's hands down much better sound. All thanks to a silly little 1/4" to 1/8" adapter.

Now I'm going to exercise vegas and try recording something using different tracks for voice and guitar...or maybe just email ya some geetar in exchange for a voice file and then combine them.

I'm done with next weeks Musical Blasphemy im sure some vocals that sound good would go nicely

Hey Golfer

First of all, I love your attitude and your sense of humor!

The sound quality is excelent with that setup.......sounds very dynamic. There is a slight buzzing sound ( not bad though) ...... sounds like the amp might be the source. Sometimes if you move the amps at different angles to the guitar, you can get that to go away.

What's vegas? is that music sofware? If it is, how many tracks will it let you record?

Anyway, that new setup sounds great. Good choice to go with that mic.

Damn, I wish I could get my grubby hands on a Martin. That thing sounds sweet. If I were you, I'd try micing that thing too.....along with the amp output, depending on weather your software and inputs would allow it. Then you can get a mix of both sounds.

Ohhh man thats great LMAO.... absolutley the funniest thing i've heard yet... I'm always messsing with AKAK about him flyin in orbit and crap like that, his P38 comes equiped with a NASA approved rocket assist takeoff pedestal and rocket boosters to help him into orbit... The tricky part is that heat shield on the nose, when he dives out of orbit to attack people sometimes it becomes loose or falls off lol which causes all kinds of compression problems, we're currently working on a variant that will stay intact allot longer so watch out everybody lol..... just messin with ya AKAK, and by the way, I can name about 20 ppl right off the top of my head that fly way higher than AKAK does, heres a hint, they mostly fly pony's and try and ho you, I can think of 3 in particular that top out in the top 20 every tour.... gotta listen to that again its too damn funny lol
