Y'know, Krazy, I had one of those moments back in the late 60s, as I sat listening to blades of grass screaming as they were being murdered by my neighbor's lawnmower....

Be carefull...

The moment you truly doubt your own self existence is the moment in which you cease to be.  Reality is defined by preceptiop of the truth of existence which is merely the reflection of light off of a solid object or the impact of sound waves resulting in mechanical vibration.  Both of these sources of reality are easily overlooked by our limited receptors.  Do not doubt reality or you will stop percieving reality.  It happened to me once and it scared me nearly half to death.
