The F6F-5 is listed twice.

The La-5FN didn't see combat until Kursk July-August '43: (7 / 8-43)

10. IAK
since ca. 23.7.43 - 3.8.1943
Gen. Mjr. M. M. Golovnia

---- 201. IAD
---- Col. V.A. Sryvkin

-------- 13. IAP (La-5FN) Mjr. A. K. Lyshkov
-------- 236. IAP (Jak-1) Capt. S. M. Petrukhov
-------- 437. IAP (La-5FN) Mjr. M. S. Khvostikov

You need to check with Tilt but I don't think the La-5FN was deployed that far in advance (5 months).

Yes, the additional fuel allowed it to be used as an escort for the B-29s.  I believe they operated from Iwo Jima.

about the USSR plane deployments

from '42 VVS pilots were still flying i-16, mig3s, and lagg-3s, and brand new P-39s from USA right?  then in 43 the *fighter gap* becamee very narrow when yaks9s and la5s appeared in # right?

You may want to provide an asterisk or some other annotation for those planes that were basically the same, but had earlier versions.  I.e.  F4F4 date of 5-42 in PTO could be a bit confusing if someone doesn't know the F4F3 was in service much earlier.  SBD and TBM are also good examples.

The list isn't compiled for stupid or lazy people - this list, or a forum of it, has been researched and re-researched since AH began. The point is to get an accurate list of service dates (not production or proto-type etc...) so that those planning event / scenarios can use it as a reference. It's up to the event / scenario designer to decide what planes will be used as a 'substitute' and its up to him to make an argument (hopefully) based on accurate service introduction dates. If he feels the SBD-5 or F4F-4 can 'stand in' for earlier models then  that's his responsibility to explain why.

What gets confusing for folks is when the list contains asterisks and other qualifiers showing dates for planes not in the game. Some may make assumptions that since such and such plane saw service in July '44 and the other in March '44 that they are 'close' enough - where as others may not agree.
