I just wanted to say thank you to Xmarine for being my first official kill since coming back after a year and a half  But it should have been Dnil


I was in a KI-84 busy trying to shoot down a LA7 that wouldn't hold still, and Shoulman was engaged with a P51d i think.   Anyway I was having problems knocking down the LA,  I was hitting the LA7 but no apparent affect and then realized I was only using the 12mm, switched to the 20's and got a decent hit on the LA7's tail, saw pieces fly off the tail and called him dead.   I then I went to get the P-51d off Shoulman's tail.  Somewhere in that mix Xmarine in the P51 got a hit on my KI84 and oil was everywhere and I couldn't see for crap.     I turned expecting the P51 to be all over me but instead he was chasing Shoulman's Spit 16.    I saddled up on Xmarine's P51 and with a quick burst of 20mm he went down.    Then almost simultaneously several things happen.  Shoulman contgratulates me on my first kill,  I'm saying it's my second kill and check the buffer and only see XMarines and #1.  I start to wonder about the LA7 I "shot down" when Shoul says "watch out for the LA" and I hear the LA7's engine and tracers and then BOOM and shot down by DNil.

This all happened in probably less than 2 minutes and was great fun regardless of the out come.   Salute to XMarine and Dnil

And CUJO, hint  this is what I think fun is:  Fun = Turning and burning low alt fights 1 on 1 or 4 on 4 fighting, hands gettin sweaty trying to pull the nose around just a little tighter, get just a little more lead on the enemy plane and blasting away. Fun = trying to evade the bad guy and turn a disadvantage in to an advantage and get the kill.  
VS NON Fun;  chasing your P-51 for 15 minutes to 30k till Shoul and I run out of gas (we never did reach 30k) and then when we bug out and RTB for fuel you turn around and try and shoot us down after we run out of gas.  Whats funny is you missed both of us and auger, and then you PM me and call it fun fight.
So Cujo you got to be my first prox kill.  Thanks

What the hell are you trying to say?  You pinched his noodle, he grunted, you made out in his wagon, then your noodle got smaller and his tasted bitter????????   That is more than we needed to know about your encounter!:D
