Was thinking the same thig today.
They seem to be starting the Xmas stuff earlier and earlier every year.
I remember it used to be you wouldnt hear about anything Xmas till afte thanksgiving.
Now in a store I go into regularly they started putting Xmas stuff up in friggen September.
Then today Im in a convieniance store that they are playing Xmas music.
I felt like shooting the damn speaker system

Its too early and I aint in the mood for Christmas yet.

Lately because they start playing Christmas music so early that by the time we're within a week of Christmas Im sick of hearing the music already

cant watch TV without hearing a jumpstart on holiday commercial. Which shows all thansgiving stuff and plays we wish you a merry christmas. Even on the radio lol.
