furball stop enciting riot.

Morpheus VS batfink: zeke5b vs spit16: morpheus(zeke) wins handsdown

Morpheus VS batfink: zeke5b vs spit5: morpheus(zeke) wins handsdown

ok, i was wrong :D I havnt seen zeke flown like that in quite some time, infact maybe never.

i would say we are on more or less a level playing field for skill and the understanding of acms, morph being the better for experience and having refined his flying  here for longer maybe so the test is fair, or as fair as needs be for this disagreement.

in the spit16 we merged and i had the option to rope or cut my power and turn fight for the test, so i did cut power and turn. not a chance agaisnt a zeke with a pilot like morph in it.

spit5 we merged, infact, i led the merge very low and slow but morpheus didnt fall for it and mirrored my merge perfectly. i instantly tried to take it rolling scossors and cut through my own loops to get an easy shot but all i can say is morpheus did the same thing but quicker, being in the zeke.

All i will say in contradiction of this is that morpheus in a zeke is quite obviously way ahead of me or the vast majority of other pilots in AH, in this i still stand by that nothing is set in stone. i geuss i choose a bad person to test my theory on :D

AKAK i stand corrected, and appologise.

morph, S! well flown, and point taken.   shutting tfu now.

If nobody fights him, the poo slinger just ends up sitting by himself, with a room full of his own poo.

 Hey, what you talking about? You know nothing about poo-slinging pal.  Your sort make me sick. You spend a few hours slinging poo in the MA and you think you're the bl**dy king of poo-slingers. Don't tell me about poo-slinging. I spent 10 hours in the gents room yesterday. Got a sewage works next door and my best mate runs a manure and methane generating plant, so don't come on these boards with your half baked analogies about poo-slinging. I've even got a Bristol stool chart on the bedroom wall.

Oh yeah - and another thing.  Just cos you live in Ohio thousands of miles from me, I bet it makes you feel real big to sling poo from behind the security of your PC. I'll out-turn your poo-slinging in the DA anytime pal. Then we'll see how big a poo-slinger you really are.

S!! to ManeTMP, one of the best sticks in AH by a mile, he kicks dogdoo out of you morph, or you slapshot. and you know it......

Never said I was better than ManeTMP ... don't know where you got that. Don't think he would kick the dogdoo out of me, but I can guarantee that he would know he was in a fight.

Even tho Morph is a better pilot than I ... what Morph delt to you in the Zeke ... it would be instant replay if I was in the Zeke.

I have a fair amount of time in the Zeke ... when I fly H2H I usually fly the Zeke. Never has a Spit beat me one on one when flying a Zeke.

Seems like my description rang true ...

Run into the right Zeke pilot and start the fight slow ... the Zeke will clean your clock. If the Spit V out merges the Zeke, it will get one, maybe two clean snapshots, and if you don't finish the Zeke in those circumstances, its all over.

Live and Learn.

if you say so, i will take your word for it now i have seen what is possible in zeke..

but what i saw from morph i have never seen before from a zeke, and i have fought your zeke b4.

anyhow, its moot now. I admited i was wrong, case closed.

Its at the point where what Im seeig should no longer be called a "furball" but a "Spit ball" with soo many spits dancing around.

At one point fighting Rooks, out of about 20 enemy aircraft I counted 1 La7, 1 P51, 1 P38,1 Yak and no less then 16  spits in one area. And from what I could see of my countrymen. Most of them were too.

I do predict the new Spit16's will end up perked not because of flight perfomance,But due to overusage.

Just checked XVI stats -

With 9 days till the end of tour it has been killed 22181 times.
Typically on the previous tours the La7 would be somewhere around 24000 - 26000 deaths each tour.
So it doesn't seem like the XVI is being used that much more than the La7, and the La7 was never perked for 'overusage'.

Interestingly enough the XVI is now the top killer of the La7.

If you go and perk the few great rides that would otherwise just be marginal perk rides you will do nothing but herd everyone into the few ez mode rides that are, for whatever reason, left unperked, killing the diversity.

What he said. And, as Kev367th noted, the XVI is nothing different from a IX, the one we have just has clipped wings.

And one more thing: I'm about to start MA, why do you want to perk a great ride for a n00b like me??!?? :cry  :cry :cry

i'll have you know matey, i got almost 10 hours towards my ppl, have flown and landed gliders, done training with RAF cadets and I live not more than 2 miles from the 3rd busiest airport in the UK. -Mechanic

HAHAHAHAHA....10 hours ...Your an expert huh?  Good for you, its great your working on your PPL, but before you claim to be anything in aviation....Pass a checkride...Better yet, solo....I bet you own a military flight jacket with a custom name tag =)

On a side not, what in the hell does living within two miles of an airport have to do with anything....

BTW I have years of experience over Moprh in aviation, and he would kick my bellybutton flying the pitts...I hear he's quit good....(AKA im sticking up for you morph please tell Mars to bring me in the pitts again) haha...

And just what's wrong with that?  It goes with my flight suit :p

Actually...I own both.  The jacket a gift and the flight suit on ebay for halloween!  I never wear the jacket though...

Anybody want a CWU45P jacket?
