We won the rights to host the 2011 Rugby World Cup.

and... the USA and Canada will be attending. Seems there are some  yanks that can last 80 minutes of play without getting padded up ;)

Good job we had the referee because you certainly had the cynical killing of the ball down pat.

LOL, you mean like the yellow card given to a player legitmately playing the ball on his feet? The ref in such a dodgey call maybe could give a penalty, but to go to a yellow card is shocking.

I think the refs also need to look up the "off side" rule.

The refereeing was shockingly bad. The english got away with stuff they shouldn't have. The AB's were yellowed carded for things that should not have been.

At the end of the day we had at times 13 men on the field, the English had 16, and you still lost. Even in the scrum, the so talked about English pack couldn't beat our scrum even with one man missing. Sucks to be you.

One could just as easily say the much vaunted All Black pack failed to impose itself on the English forwwards, at the scrum or anywhere else. Considering the AB are ranked 1st and England 5th the real difference between the teams was Dan Carter and Tana Umaga. The ABs were forced into blatant skullduggery for which they have finally been held accountable and instead of the thumping victory so confidently and arrogantly predicted they scraped a 4 point win and are reduced to whinging about the referee. England have long way to go to get back to the top but the All Blacks aren't invincible either.

LOL did you copy and paste that from the tabloids. We're aware in NZ of all the excuses the poms are coming up with. Our forwards failed to impose themselves? Oh my thats rich, considering our pack was almost always a man down in the 2nd half and still managed to maintain control of the scum.

NZ is basking in such a great win, sure it was only 4 points difference, but it despite an obviouly lousy and biased ref (wheres he from by the way?) and being a 1 man down for half the game.

LOL

Let me guess.. that tosser that writes for the Sunday Times- Stephen Jones

It sure sounds like his drivel.

We came, we saw, and despite that one eyed spud munching poor exscuse of a ref - we conquered. It was a sweet victory.

hehe sorry boys but 3 down 1 to go

Yes but think of relativity.

The average Japanese person is much small than the average american. Thus relatively speaking baseballs are bigger in japan.
