Thats pretty wild. Either the vendor is off his rocker, or a few e-mails are missing in the post that could give cause to his tone.
Still all in all a Poor showing for the company in question.

Oh my GOD!!!  That is totally f*cked up!  This man has got some weird issues.  He didn't deserve any of that retort from that company.  It's a good lesson on how NOT to treat a customer.
