Come on you Americans, explain the purpose of light beer to me. I've lived in the US for a few years now and I still don't understand.

If it doesn't get you drunk and it doesn't make you fat then what's the point?

Light beer is lame if you want to get drunk. I like getting drunk till I pass out. I drank a case of light beer(wasnt 3.2 beer) and didnt get drunk. I prefer the malt liquor.

man you kids need to come to Texas, where the lite beer is 5% just like the regular beer, just fewer calories, so you don't get AS fat.
