-- well worth a look if yu havent seen it.  Post war Germany, guy comes for a job offered by an old friend who turns out to be dead -- and (according to the cops) not quite the nice guy he seemed to be....Was he? Is he?

blast from the past is a fun one I forgot.  we watch it every 6 months or so.  it's about time to break it out again.

That reminds me.. I made the wife watch "A Bridge Too Far" and after over three hours of boredom she ended up angry that the British were forced to withdraw...  I tried to explain to her that the name of the movie was "A Bridge Too Far" and that there was not going to be a happy ending.  She never forgave me for that.
