time frame question??
« on: November 28, 2005, 02:49:56 PM »
~S~ All
how long does it usually take to hear back from HI tech about a skin on average?
just wondering the time frame. Im sure they are really busy with all the skins coming in.

Im just looking for an idea.

Im not sure if my skin got lost or if I did somthing wrong when I sent them in.
 Its been about 2 weeks.

should I have heard bye now or does it take usually take longer?

Raven, you have to hand it to them when they get things done promptly (which is the norm, e-mail wise) but sometimes when there are big issues/updates/patches/bugs being worked on it might slow them down a tad. That is... until we find a way to clone the AH staff. THEN they'll never get bogged down with "being busy" -- just assign another clone to the task! (:rofl)

depending on how busy skuzzy is some times u get a email saying its arived  and they give u a id numbe for any future questions.
some times u get this  then the next day u get one saying its been accepetted  some tmes  u hear nothing.

Now skuzzy has fixed most of the problems he diserves a nice paid holiday in  texas,;) .

I am sure things are going to be happening a lot quicker now  since the server change and all the problems with it.

oh by the way i sent  a skin in for submission the day the new patch came out  and i havent herd anything either:aok

The problems with the servers have kept me a bit more busy than normal.  I think (key word, "think") those may be corrected and this week should see me back in full swing.  Keeping my fingers crossed.

Just don't write any code with your fingers crossed... I don't think it would compile very well :lol
