Okay I've done some work to differentiate the two versions (so they are not identical). The decal sheet profile for the JG300 craft (blue stripes) shows denser camoflague and darker coloration on the sides. It also has slightly different green/grey camo demarcations on the upper fuselage. I also found a clearer scan of the decal sheet that shows the tail of the snake continues underneath the tail band.

Oh yeah, so .. heh... my point is this:

Are these different enough to warrant submitting both? Or should I just submit Red 11 (which had the most votes) ?

I think different enough for both Krusty. I voted for Red11, but like them both. I think the arena will as well. Keep in mind though sir, its easy for us to say that as you are the one skinnin it

I wouldn't submit both all we see are the wings so why submit both when they cam looks the same

You might only see the wing from the inside, but when looking back you'll see the tail bands, in external views (if available) you'll know what you're in, and in other planes flying next to you you'll be able to see the difference.

Doesn't really matter what is seem from the inside.

The most common Dora is probarly the one from JV44 thanks to the "Papagei Staffeln" paint scheme (red white belly). Can't see the belly but it looks awsome when ya meet one in the air.
