The flight from the tower to the hanger
« on: December 04, 2005, 10:24:27 PM »
Is there a reason  for this low level jaunt through the countryside just to get into the hanger? It seems along way when the tower and hanger are on the same field. You get shot off across the map when you are only goin across the field. Does this bother anyone else?

Go to setup, Video, GUI and move slider on move time all the way down. You will go from tower to hanger and visa versa in an instant. No move country drives to get to where ya want to go.

Once you're in an arena (offline or online), click "setup".
Click "video".
Click "GUI".
Slide the "Move Time" slider all the way to the bottom.

Animal has a point, yea, granted he can by-pass it, but it may be better fixed.

It's called an "option"  You can set it how you want it.  Some like the slow slide, some like it fast.  What "better fix"?  How can you fix it better than setting it up how you want it?

How about actually going to the indestructible hanger on the field you are at, rather than going several sectors away.

Geeze us, go flame someone else.

Wow, we can even adjust the speed of the movements? I thought the little trip to the hangar was deleted after AHI?

This thread, although small, was quite interesting. It had the potential for fireworks, yet produced none, BUT still had a certain robustness to it. I think it was a masterpiece actually. The dudes question got answered, a quip or two were tossed in and the character list is colourfull.

Very good thread :aok
