What the heck system are you running to get AH to run as badprettythang as in that video that just got put up.

That is just about as smooth as graphics get.

I have dual Nvidia 7800 GTX 256mb cards. AH runs on 1 of them. Looks just like that to.

Thanks guys. I might have to check out the NVidia 7800. I thought that AH had trouble with the NVidia cards though?

On the contrary Nvidia cards give the best bang for bucks in AH.

You must confuse the probs with the A64 compatability thing.

I've also got dual 7800 GTXs. If you haven't, you should try using both cards by running AH in SLI antialiasing mode at 16x12/16AA/16AF. AH looks better than I've ever seen it before, and the framerates never drop below 80 fps.

SLI only works for games which have profiles done for them. I know NVidia has not done a profile for Aces High II. Has someone done a custom profile for it? If so, it would be nice to see it posted.

I have to be honest here. I have WAY more computer than I know what to do with.

Running AH in SLI? I was told it didn't work. I have no idea how to even begin to set it that way as well.

SLI doesn't only work for games that have profiles done for them. It is a simple matter to create your own profiles, or you can just use "global settings," which is what I've done for AH and a number of other games. In AH I use "SLI Antialiasing" mode, in which the cards split up the AA work. This mode enables a special AA mode, SLI16x.

Unless the NVIDIA drivers are lying to me (you can set them up to display in-game indicators that SLI is working), this mode is working in AH.

I just finished a new PC useing AMD FX 57 ,2 gigs of ram Asus Delux MB, Z2 Soudblaster
Win XP Pro SP2 ....Started off with an ATI X1800XT 512 MB card last friday afternoon.......

Just returned the ATI X1800XT 512 MB, and replaced it with an eVGA GeForce 7800 GTX 512 MB .
Ge Force 7800 runs way cooler, and alot quieter . No tweaks , just Vsinc turned .
Latest nvida drivers 18:89

Frame rates in game at 100+ never lower than 80 .
