Hello all.
Finally our household has acquired a digital video camera.
I was wondering if any of you could recommend a good film editing program, for cutting and so on. Freeware, that is ;)
Thanks in advance.
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

Fraps for capturing 30 second 'blurbs' of what you want.  (Freebie version)
The premium version has much more capability but I'm a cheap bastage!  It's also easy to edit out the Fraps watermark at the top when I'm doing something 'important' like the commercial contests.

Sony Vegas for putting them together.

You can put them to music or do anything you darn well please.

For example...

ESPN8...The Ocho.  Recap of AH eXtreme Air Racing

Thanks.
Was wondering, can you rotate films in any of those? Doesn't seem possible in Windows Movie maker.

???

Windows Movie Maker..
