"We want the ball, and we're going to win!"
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Dare I say (with risk of placing both feet in my mouth with socks on) that this year is different? Well, I HOPE the outcome is different.  Some folks in the area are talking that 9 letter word starting with an S and ending with an L, but some of us die-hards are just hoping for 1 fricking playoff win! I truly believe once that monkey is off our backs, truly great things can happen.

Something to ponder...We don't just have the leagues best running back, we have Matt Hasselbeck, who, like Farve, has been under the constant watch of Holmgren. He is now the NFC's highest-rated passer at 96.3, with 22 touchdowns and nine interceptions. That efficiency is often overlooked as Alexander churns out his yards and graces national magazine covers. Of those 9 INT's, only 4 have been direct INT's, the rest were tipped by either a defensive lineman or tipped by the receiver.  He's not the Matt that was in Green Bay spouting "We're going to win!"

Magic number is now 1. Then another NFL record goes into the history books.

They'll have to go all the way "through our house" which isn't easy. If they had an offense, I might be worried. ;)

Yes! They looked pretty good last night! They've moved up to 28th ranked offense, right between Detroit and the Jets....

Rip,

Roll Tide and your welcome for Shaun. My wife graduated college with him and I got to meet him a few times. He is a true gentleman. As well as he did at Bama he never got cocky or forgot where he came from. Glad to see he is still doing well.

Good luck to your team in the playoffs.

Robert

Thks for the GL. Regarding your post, you might want to talk to ESPN Magazine. They have a Dec. issue with Shaun on the cover and the words "SUPER EGO". LMAO! The reason they say they label him with this is when they contacted Shaun in Nov. about a Dec. photo shoot/story, Shaun suggested a picture of his offensive linemen, and he in the front of them, with the Rushing Title trophy, the MVP Trophy, and the Lombardi Trophy in the foreground, with the caption "All I want for Christmas....".  Because of his suggestion for the photoshoot, ESPN labeled him egotistical.  Guess what, Shaun HAS the rushing title trophy, he WILL get the MVP, and his team has a good shot at the Lombardi Trophy.....guess ESPN is just pissed because they have to travel so far in the post season to cover one of the NFL's elite teams. :p
