Better Film Viewer ?
« on: October 12, 2005, 04:14:52 AM »
Hi guys, Hi HTC,

Do you think that A better AH2 Film View would be cool to have, I mean A couple of fixes would do it for me.

Fix 1, I cannot hear my own engine noise or gunfire.

Fix 2, When im in NME planes to see how I performed, I can never see my plane when it goes into the gunsight glass.

I like the idea the film viewer needs to be updated. It would be cool if it let you hear your engine and guns fireing. Also can you display what planes are enemy and friendly?

Check the box saying 'icons'. This will show the icons on all planes. Red for enemy, green for friendly. The only thing that doesnt work (or at least i havent found out how) is the squad highlighting.

'use recorded views' make you look around just like you did when recording the film. (But noit the views the enemy used when you swich into his plane).

You can always leave the 'recorded views' unchecked and look around with the numpad keys. You can also (like in game) adjust your views with the arrow keys and save them with f10.
21 is only half the truth.

A stick Box
the "X" is indicitive of the posistion of the X and Y axis. (Joystick inputs)
Would like to have a dialog box open after every flight that film was recorded that would ask if you want to save it. Would save a TON of deleting files from the film folder and fragmenting HDDs.
