6800 gt by nvidia w/256 memory can it be run by a 350 watt power suppy?

IMO would be more determined by your mother board, & how many drives you have plugged in.

Give it a shot, make sure you have Mother Board Monitor or similar program that will let you watch voltages.

Best of all, do it progressively. Start with formated HD, video card, nothing else plugged in. Reinstall windows, MB drivers, video drivers, etc. See if it can handle it. Then add one thing at a time, like sound etc.

got a dual raid mirrored set of drives, cd drive, and floppy drive.  asus p4g8x deluxe motherboard.

Think you should look at a 450W PSU (minimum).
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
