apparantly in light of recent developments scientists are now considering a previously discarded missile defense technology. dr. irving bergsteinman was quoted as saying "it is an effected method of defense at least until the enemy launches a level three assault. something about level three and at least one city is doomed."

It wasnt the missles that were so tough, it was them durned Buffs. They were over modeled even back then   ;)
