When they first came out with the idea for public schools many people screamed about the public schools saying the government would use them to indoctrinate the children.
So the government promised only readin written, rithmatic, n history, n geography. AND the people who would be part of every school board would have THE FINAL SAY on what was taught.
Calmed the people down and they finally accepted it.
Now we got the courts into it.
