X52 centre spring
« on: December 23, 2005, 03:22:36 AM »
Hi
Im considering getting a X52 but a friend of mine got one a few weeks ago and I didnt like how stiff the spring in the stick was. Yesterday, in a shop, I had a look at another X52 and it was completely different. It had hardly any resistance at all and felt really weird.

My question is, is it possible to adjust the spring or do they differ alot and you have to be lucky to get one that suits you?

can't adjust
I haven't seen an X52 that a 5 year old girl couldn't handle - one of my complaints, they are too soft, then again I do not think the X45 is too hard

your friend must have got a defect

I have a X52. The first 1 lasted 3 days. I sent it back which cost me $8.50 for a replacement. I got the replacement 3days ago. The sping seems to be lighter than the other.
