It was a perfect case maker for permasquelch or shutting off range.

Do online games require ratings like games you buy in a store?  The reason I ask is because the character in the video took it from rated E for everyone to rated M for mature and I wonder if HTC is responsible for at least trying to maintain a non-offensive product in luae of putting a disclaimer on the start-up page.

Although I'm glad you shared this with us, I wonder if it would have been better to email the film to Skuzzy first.

Sad to say, I read thru the TOS, and could find no prohibition of profanity.  There should, however, be something in here HTC could use to boot the guy:

5.  Suspension of Privileges - HiTech Creations reserves the right to suspend access to Aces High™ for the member immediately, without notice, upon rejection of any credit card charges, non-payment, dishonor or chargeback by Subscriber's bank of authorized charges or any other indication of credit problems, or for any reason whatsoever at HiTech Creations sole discretion without recourse from member.

Unless this guy is suffering from Turrett's Syndrome or something, I think that definetely crosses the line of decency - even after being asked by several members to watch the language.  It sounded to me like a 10 year old that got left at home for the first time and realized Mommy wasn't there to control his language. . .

that wasnt no 10 year old. That was some scummy 20 something with a drunken southern trailer trash drawl.  Another example of god wasting good carbon for the creation of idiots like this.

I can picture his girlfriend, who is probably pregnant, smoking a Newport 100, and taking shots of cheap vodka.

you know what guys with language like that HiTech might take the vox system off of AH now. There is no way to eliminate profanity except to get rid of vox all together. 2drecons IP adress should be susspended indefinantly.

you must not remember what I sound like, except I don't live in no Trailer, I ain't trash, but I am an American, I am White, I am a Southerner and I sure am proud to be.  And I know a few people who do live in Trailers, simple reason is all they can afford.


one thing I always found funny, was watching all the silly people laughing at Jeff Foxworthy, the Cable Guy and the other 2 comedians, who is getting rich off of the people laughing at them,  now isn't that ironic...

as for the trash talker, just another "bad apple" in the game, maybe someone will deal with him.

Well apparently you should have had headphones on Puckhead....
What did you guys do to that guy?  Steal a kill or something?  That completely blows away anything i've ever said i'm squad channel.  I think some people just need to hear themselves talk, so when other can hear them talk they like for those people to hear it too.  Sad really.  I hope he gets better....
