Sounds to me like you have used up all the letters that IE had stored on your harddrive except the letter "A".
You need to go here start---> my computer--->local disk C:----->program files---> extra IE alphabet letter cache---->english.
They are all there, but use them sparingly. They can be exhausted too. This is why I think people type like this "omgbuddylisentowhtimtypinhere
