The neighborhood is called Richthofen Estates or something of that nature.  I'd say most of that families in there are fairly well off, or extremely paranoid (gates around EVERY house).  It's open in the winter time I think, might be the first 2 weeks of December.

There is a 16 years old girl here called Suzane Richthofen who killed both parents
