free if possible,shareware to try it.
Looking for a program that will allow me to design it and animate it if possible.Not sure if something like this exists.If it's something you currently you use or know of,please let me know.Many thxs in advance.

Also would like to learn how to create code that would run under XP,
User friendly if possible
